Primax Advisory Group is a consultancy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We work with corporates, development organizations, donor-funded programs, and institutions that need more than a report.
Our work sits in four areas: organizational L&D, instructional design and EdTech, program governance, and digital ecosystems. Clients often come with one small request. A training session. A batch of videos. A Google Form. Usually the real need is bigger, so we say that upfront and then build for it.
We also deliver the training ourselves, in-house at your office, at a venue you choose, or online. In person in Bangladesh. Online for clients anywhere. In person abroad by arrangement.
Joash Nitol Baroi founded Primax after 16+ years across the development sector, education, and digital systems. He started as an editor and designer, became a trainer, and now builds the systems that training and programs run on.
At Compassion International, he created a curriculum for 185+ Child Development Centers that is still in use, and co-led a nationwide program redesign, including orientations for the whole workforce. In Bangladesh he developed a way to contextualize the Creative Access Model for local programs, and it worked. Global leaders noticed. He was brought in as an internal consultant and trained representatives of 17 countries across Africa, Latin America, and Asia, in separate sessions, on adapting the model to their own contexts.
Earlier in his career, he designed programs and MEAL systems at a national council, and edited and designed books and manuals. Beyond that work, he has served clients in five more countries as an independent consultant on web design, graphic design, content, report writing, and book publishing.
Education: Postgraduate Diploma in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning), MSS and BSS in Social Work, and B.Ed.
